• What exactly is in the box each month?

Each box includes a mix of snacks, drinks, and seasonal/comfort goodies. We keep it fun, useful, and different every time. Think: salty + sweet snacks, sparkling water or soda, cozy socks, candles (in tins), school spirit gear, cocoa, stress relievers, etc.

• Are all the packages the same?

Nope! ✨ Every box is unique — we’re not a warehouse. Items change monthly, so your student is always surprised.

•  Can I customize what goes in?

This subscription isn’t fully customizable (we do offer one-time custom boxes separately), but if there’s something your student really loves (or something you’d prefer we leave out), just let me know. Everything comes through me directly, and I can usually make those calls in the moment — I’m almost always happy to oblige.

For shipped boxes, we’ll do our best to honor notes/preferences within what’s safe to ship.

•  How often do packages go out?

Once a month. You can choose a semester subscription (4 boxes) or a full-year subscription (8 boxes).

• Local CCU deliveries → packages are coordinated monthly.
   
• Nationwide shipping → boxes go out once per month; arrival dates vary by location. Tracking info is always provided.
   
•  When will my student receive their package?

Local CCU Students: We’ll need their phone number to coordinate drop-off. Packages aren’t left unattended — we text students to meet us in the dorm lobby, apartment clubhouse, or at a campus meet-up spot.
 

Nationwide Students: Boxes are shipped monthly via USPS/UPS. Parents and students will receive a tracking number to follow delivery.
 

•  Where do you deliver?

Local: CCU dorm lobbies, apartment complex lobbies/clubhouses, or campus meet-up spots. For safety, we do not go up to individual dorm rooms or apartments.
 

Nationwide: Anywhere in the United States (contiguous 48 states for now) — straight to your student’s shipping address.

•  Is a card included?

Yes! 💌 Every package includes a personalized card. When you sign up, you can let us know the message you’d like written inside and even the tone/vibe you’re going for (funny, heartfelt, motivational, etc.). We’ll make sure it feels like it came straight from you.

•  What if my student doesn’t pick up their package?

Local: Once a student confirms delivery time and we meet them, refunds aren’t available if they don’t show up.
 

Nationwide: Once tracking shows a package has been delivered, refunds are not available.
 

•  Do you ship?

Yes! 🎉 Starting now, we ship nationwide across the U.S. Packages go out once per month with tracking info provided.

• Although this service is new, our vision is to keep growing — by Summer 2026 we hope to be in full swing, delivering these thoughtful, curated care packages to students at colleges all across the country. 🌎

•  Do you offer refunds?

Because these are custom curated boxes, we don’t offer refunds — but we promise your student will always get great value and a fresh mix of items.

•  Can I order just one box?

This subscription service is for semester or yearly sign-up only. For one-time gifts, ask about our care packages (birthdays, get-well, breakups, etc.).

• What kinds of drinks are included?

A rotating mix — sparkling water, sodas, iced coffee cans, energy drinks, or juice. All drinks are shipping-safe (cans or sturdy bottles, never glass). Parents can note preferences on the sign-up form. NO ALCOHOL EVER

• Can I add extras?

Yes! 🎉

•  How do I pay?

We don’t have auto-withdrawal set up just yet (we’re aiming for the start of the new year). Until then, we’ll send a payment link each month via Square, or you can pay through Venmo @BeachPleaseDelivery. Parents can also choose to pay upfront for the semester or full year if that’s easier.
