At Beach Please Delivery Co., every order is thoughtfully curated and often customized specifically for each recipient. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your experience matters deeply to us, and we stand behind what we deliver.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos and a brief description so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of food and perishable products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once items have been delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as items are often already purchased and prepared.
